My husband has been generally heatlhy. He got a very bad kidney infection and at the same time thought he had ripped his hernia that he had fixed over a decade ago. No, he had an enlarged prostate. Doctor told him to get a biopsy. When we found out that a biopsy would either cause cancer or if you have cancer, make it spread, we decided no on that! So we went to a naturopathic doctor. She had him on all kinds of homeopathic drops, supplments and a strong probiotic. (continued below...)

Studies that I have saw say that 5000 IU is save and that unit will not cause calcium deposites in the heart and lungs. but anything above that I have not heard of studies saying its save. 10000 could be safe but idk I simply dont have info showing that its safe or not.

Junk science often mistakes correlation for causation. It's rather cheap and easy to look at some post-hoc data. Then you can "find out" that the bed is a dangerous place to be, the stork brings the babies and being dead is bad for your heart. The only studies that do not do this are double-blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical studies, which are extremely expensive (due to bureaucracy). So they are comparatively seldom and don't get published in mainstream media that much.
